Hudzz intention is to create efficiencies that will advance the everyday process of real estate transactions for Professionals, Homeowners & Potential Buyers.

Short Description:
To create an efficient yet exclusive property sharing network for Real Estate Professionals. The App will also function as a “tool” for Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Professionals to generate a Preliminary Closing Statement (HUD-1) for the purpose of estimating closing costs for potential Buyers or to estimate the net proceeds for a Seller from the sale of their property.


Description and functionality of Hudzz app:

Hudzz can make Real Estate Professionals more efficient, increase profitability and help grow their business. The Hudzz app is essentially a “tool” that will allow Real Estate Agents and Brokers to share their real estate listings exclusively within their private network or Real Estate Agents, Brokers and Investors within the Hudzz Network.

Users of the app will be able too…

1. Create a Professional Profile that is promoted by Hudzz.com and accessible to the Hudzz Network.
2. Generate a Preliminary Closing Statement (HUD-1) from their smart phone or tablet so that they can provide potential Buyers with closing cost estimates or Sellers with estimates of their net proceeds from the sale of their property.
3. Generate a simple yet descriptive listing that can be shared to the Hudzz Network or among a select group of individuals.
4. Generate digital invitations to their Hudzz Network Connections and Personal Contacts for events such as “Open Houses” & “Brokers Opens”
5. Promote their properties to “Stream”. Stream in the Hudzz App is an inventory of Property Listings submitted by other users that can be filtered down to a users needs.
6. Within this “Stream” users will be able to show the status of their transactions and also tag and invite other professionals who are associated with the transaction such as Selling Agent, Mortgage Professionals, Title Professionals, Attorney and Assistants.
7. “Stream” will retain a history of all closed transactions so users can quickly reference back to completed transactions. This will also give users the ability to invite these professionals into new opportunities that may arise.
8. Within “Stream” a user can tag other users once they have created a new listing so that all the tagged parties can share global notes and updates on a particular transaction.
9. Invite and Connect with Real Estate Professionals via the “Hudzz Network” including, but not limited to Realtors, Mortgage Professionals, Title Agents, Attorneys and Investors.
10. Access Personal contacts that remains confidential to the user so that they can share listings, preliminary closing statements (HUD-1) and invite them to events.
